Job Summary
The Team Leader Patient Service Assistant is a critical role in our Patient Transport team. This position is responsible for leading and guiding the daily operations of the team, ensuring timely and safe patient transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the daily operations of the Patient Transport team
- Ensure the functionality of the transport track software to provide an efficient and safe transport service
- Assist with maintaining staff competency and training, as well as mentoring team members
- Provide ongoing system improvements in services offered
- Assist with supervision and coordination of the Patient Transport team
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Patient transport and leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration preferred
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 10:30pm-7:00am
As needed, weekends and call requirements apply
