About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with guests about additional amenities offered by our venue, such as VIP Club, Premier Parking, Seat Upgrades, Reserved Parking, and Lawn Chair Rentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and assist with answering questions about the venue.
  • Communicate daily specials on Premier and Reserved parking, future ticket specials, and seat upgrades.
  • Sell, distribute, collect, and organize lawn chairs throughout the venue.
  • Assist the Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents as needed.
  • Handle large amounts of money and balance the till at the end of the show.
  • Participate in post-show clean up, including picking up and sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.
  • Handle our cash-to-card program, as we are a cashless venue.
Requirements
  • Position requires constant walking, standing, and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions; lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
