Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Construction Supervisor to join our Reconstruction Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in restoring and remodeling properties to a high standard, ensuring our customers receive the best service.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform interior remodeling and renovation services for kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, flooring, and tile installations.
  • Execute projects based on blueprints and work orders, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall; ensure all surfaces are finished to a high standard.
  • Install a variety of flooring materials, including tile and wood, with attention to detail.
  • Complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, including installation of cabinets, countertops, sinks, and fixtures.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environments, following OSHA standards and company protocols.
  • Work closely with the project management team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors, ensuring that the scope of work is clear and expectations are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior remodeling, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations, drywall, flooring, and tile.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and installation.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to handle tools, equipment, and materials on various job sites.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Preferred: Additional certifications or licenses related to construction or remodeling.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
