About the Role

As a Mobile Associate at T-Mobile, you will be an integral part of our Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers.
  • Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes to ensure customer readiness.
  • Partner with nearby store locations to properly onboard customers and perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations, and building relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
  • Customer Satisfaction: Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun with customers (Required)
  • Team Building: Desire to be part of the T-Mobile store team, willing to work alongside peers and store leaders (Required)
  • Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
