Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to enhance our Inpatient team in Enumclaw, WA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional treatment experiences and contributing to the growth of our organization and the physical therapy field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans in accordance with assessment results and physician directives.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Regularly monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to meet rehabilitation objectives.
  • Educate patients and their families on effective techniques for at-home exercises to support recovery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Preferred experience in inpatient acute care settings.
Physical Requirements:
  • Mobility: Ability to move freely to assist patients and colleagues.
  • Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
  • Standing: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during therapy sessions.
  • Manual Dexterity: Proficient in handling therapy tools and equipment.
  • Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
