Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal injuries, conditions, or disorders.
  • Create a personalized care plan aligned with examination results, including necessary referrals for urgent and non-urgent issues.
  • Oversee physical therapist assistants and students involved in executing a patient's care plan.
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation, including communication with physicians and other care team members.
  • Engage in staff meetings, clinical discussions, and in-service training.

Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in Washington State (or license pending)
  • Clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic environment (3+ years preferred)
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
  • Current CPR certification (required)
