Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients to develop personalized care plans.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of direct care staff to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the selection, training, and discipline of direct care staff.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Conduct regular supervisory visits to clients' homes to ensure quality of care.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in home care.
  • Superior organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions
