Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess patient status and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician
  • Monitor patients during treatment and document their responses to treatment
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Active NY RN License
  • Dialysis experience required
  • Nx Stage machine a plus
  • CPR Certification
  • Clinical nursing experience in a dialysis setting preferred
