Dialysis Nurse

As a Dialysis Nurse - Patient Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care, training, and home support to patients as needed;
- Collaborate with the Dialyze Direct team, skilled nursing home facility representatives, and dedicated nephrologists;
- Collect and record patient health data during and after hemodialysis treatment;
- Develop and maintain patient care plans that outline interventions to achieve expected outcomes;
- Implement and record interventions in the electronic medical record;
- Perform laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures, and reschedule missed or inadequate laboratory collections;
- Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, inventory management, and admission documentation;
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards patients and colleagues;
- Occasionally travel to nearby locations for work;
- Administer medications and document patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license;
- BS/AA/diploma in nursing;
- 6 months of RN experience preferred;
- 3 months of hemodialysis experience preferred;
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
- Ability to travel to multiple locations;
- BLS certification;
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Compensation:
Salary range: $55.00 per hour, based on education, experience, skills, and geographic region.
