Position Overview

As the primary Subject Matter Expert, you will oversee the automated systems related to facilities and property management.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of systems, including asset tracking, inventory management, work order processing, storeroom operations, preventive maintenance, power and fuel oversight, accountable personal property management, real property administration, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and administer automated facilities and property management systems, including the development of requirements.

2. Facilitate interactions with the client’s financial systems and other relevant business applications.

3. Lead and conduct the development, testing, administration, configuration management, operations, and maintenance of the systems.

4. Gather, document, and analyze user requirements alongside systems documentation such as user manuals and test scripts.

5. Create and develop system reports to support operational needs.

6. Define specialized operating procedures to enhance system efficiency.

7. Execute comprehensive software testing to ensure functionality and reliability.

8. Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize system performance.

9. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead training sessions, and maintain effective communication with executives, stakeholders, vendors, and customers.

10. Manage facilities-related IT projects, including the implementation of software solutions across Commerce and Government sectors.

11. Oversee changes related to business processes and tools within the organization.

12. Utilize automated query tools such as TOAD and SQL for data extraction.

13. Employ spreadsheet tools like MS Excel for data presentation and analysis.

14. Use tracking tools such as JIRA and Service Now for project management.

15. Provide ongoing customer service, including problem resolution and application administration.
