About the Role
Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a talented Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Little Falls, Minnesota. This position will be a great opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working in a team-based care delivery model and has excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories
- Communication
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Provide clear and concise medical information
- Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations
Qualifications
- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
