Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our Program Management Services Division at LaBella Associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support capital projects involving digitization and automation of electric operations, gas operations, Fossil Hydro Operations, Process and Technology, AMI, and Control & Automation Systems.
  • Conduct project evaluation, feasibility, and planning reviews.
  • Review contracts (non-legal) and monitor construction progress.
  • Ensure equipment and material compliance with specifications.
  • Perform engineering design and planning reviews, schedule analysis, and optimization.
  • Commission and verify equipment, conduct operational and maintenance reviews, and perform cost/benefit analysis.
  • Provide general reporting to owners based on technical and business competence.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of engineering experience in the functional area.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification requested.
