Job Overview

Magnolia Ridge Center in Gardendale, AL is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team. As a CNA, you will work closely with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients/residents, ensuring their quality of life is enhanced through assistance with daily living activities (ADLs).

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with ADLs, promoting independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients/residents and their families
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, upholding our company's values and mission

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure patient and visitor safety and respond to medical and physical needs
