About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Magnolia Ridge Center in Gardendale, AL. As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide exceptional care to our patients/residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
  • Monitor and report any changes in patients'/residents' condition to the nursing team
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients/residents

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
