Job Summary:The Clinical Therapist will provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic services and care coordination to a diverse population of at-risk youth or young adults experiencing mental health symptoms, and their families. This role requires a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, including the Transition to Independence model (TIP), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized services to participants in residential and community locations, including homes, schools, program offices, psychiatric emergency settings, clinics, crisis residential programs, and/or shelters.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each participant.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct assessments, triage, and organize services to meet the needs of participants and their families.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to staff members as needed.
- M.A. Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Registered associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Supervised experience in providing counseling and/or psychotherapy.
- Demonstrated knowledge in diagnostic assessment, individual/family/group behavioral treatment methods, and risk assessment.
- Clean driving record and access to dependable transportation.
- License (LCSW, MFT, or LPCC).
- One year post-graduate school experience with program target population.
- One year experience with program modality.
- Familiarity with recovery-model orientation, public mental health and child welfare systems, and/or relevant evidence-based practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $33.03 to $53.80 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide amazing benefits with affordable copays and a supportive work environment.
