Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a creative and driven Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in orchestrating and executing memorable event experiences aimed at engaging and motivating our donor base. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, all while being deeply committed to our mission of ending abortion in America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of intimate donor gatherings while collaborating with our events team on larger regional and national functions.
  • Prioritize the donor experience, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional follow-up in all interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with SBA staff and external partners (such as event coordinators and graphic designers) to deliver high-quality experiences for our supporters.
  • In partnership with our graphic designer, create and refine event promotional materials, including invitations, programs, agendas, websites, and on-site materials that effectively communicate SBA Pro-Life America's mission.
  • Adjust and manage project timelines, holding vendors and team members accountable for actions within established budgets.
  • Act as the primary contact for on-site logistics, managing registration, coordinating with event vendors, training staff, and ensuring attendee satisfaction.
  • Handle all post-event follow-up tasks, including thank-you communications, invoice submissions, pledge follow-ups, and debrief meetings.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role, typically requiring hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some travel may be necessary for events.
