Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and agile individual to join our team as a Delivery / Warehouse Associate at Slumberland Furniture Willmar. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of furniture and mattresses to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload semi-trailers of furniture and mattresses with our delivery / warehouse supervisor and staff.
  • Assist with Customer Pick Ups at our warehouse, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Prepare furniture & mattresses for delivery, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Load our delivery truck and make deliveries to our customers' homes safely and efficiently.
  • Stay focused throughout the day to avoid errors or omissions, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong physical abilities, including the ability to lift 50lbs to 115lbs and move furniture and mattresses safely.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to listen and follow procedures and instructions.
