Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks impacting valuation of target companies.
  • Prepare due diligence reports summarizing findings and observations from due diligence engagements, including analysis of normalized earnings, key business drivers, net working capital trends, and indebtedness considerations.
  • Advise clients on financial and accounting aspects of purchase agreements based on due diligence findings and observations and post-acquisition steps to achieve anticipated earnings and cash flow improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus ten (10) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation.
  • Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus seven (7) years of experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience must include: U.S. GAAP; Financial Due Diligence (FDD); Reviewing SEC filings; Researching technical accounting issues; and applying due diligence methodologies for Healthcare and Life Sciences entities, including revenue, quality of earnings, net working capital, and net debt approaches.
Travel Requirement:

Up to 50% travel to various domestic locations per business need.
