About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications to patients for imaging and therapeutic procedures. You will be responsible for administering radiopharmaceuticals and medications, processing data, enhancing digital images using advanced computer technology, and providing images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
  • Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology.
  • Provide images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.
  • Evaluate images to determine technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an AMA-approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology and 18 months of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, preferably in a critical care setting. You should also be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
