As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining customer aircraft, as well as fabricating and modifying structural modifications on aircraft parts.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair customer aircraft
- Fabricate and modify structural modifications on aircraft parts
- Perform minor structural repairs on composite components
- Assist in conducting hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures
- Assist with complex structural repairs
- Remove and install aircraft components as required
- Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures
- Participate in 5-S activities
- Perform work in a safe and timely manner
- 4 years of corporate aircraft structural sheet metal repair and modification experience
- Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- Effective communication skills in written and verbal form
- Basic set of hand tools and ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools
- Ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required
- Ability to work unscheduled overtime and in seasonal/inclement weather
- A Certification, A&P Certificate, or Repairman Certificate (preferred)
- Basic PC skills
