Adecco is seeking a skilled TIG Welder with experience in welding aircraft component parts. This role involves performing repetitive welding operations on a variety of weldments following prescribed procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience welding exotic metals and be comfortable working from part drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform precise welding operations on aircraft components using TIG welding techniques.
  • Follow part drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns to ensure accurate weldments.
  • Ensure all work meets process and final inspection standards.
  • Complete necessary paperwork to track parts through the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in TIG welding, preferably in aerospace assembly or repair.
  • Experience working with exotic metals.
  • Ability to read and interpret operation sheets, blueprints, and follow complex instructions.
  • Proficiency in advanced math (fractions, decimals, percentages) for accurate measurements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs occasionally.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
