Job Summary

The University of North Georgia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Testing Department as a Federal Work Study Student. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Prometric Test Center.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to the day-to-day operation of the Prometric Test Center, including test administration, candidate support, and facility maintenance.
  • Work closely with the Prometric Coordinator of Testing to ensure seamless test delivery and candidate satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of testing procedures, policies, and protocols to ensure accurate and efficient test administration.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Prometric Coordinator of Testing.
Requirements
  • Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a testing or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of testing procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
