Maintain the utmost confidentiality while executing assigned functions.
Assist the Director of Risk Management in addressing complaints received through various channels, ensuring timely documentation of patient and staff concerns in accordance with organizational policies.
Support the maintenance of the variance/risk management database.
Analyze statistical reports and advisories to identify patterns and trends related to risk management and patient safety for leadership review.
Act as a liaison with external regulatory bodies for patient and physician reporting, event investigation, and response.
Oversee employee certifications in CPR and manage immunization records, including Hepatitis B status and influenza vaccinations.
Assist in providing comprehensive Risk Management training to all staff, including documentation and reporting as necessary.
Utilize compliance operating systems for training documentation and policy management.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource in risk reduction and stay informed on industry trends.
Generate statistical and qualitative reports on risk management trends and effectively communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
