Planogram Specialist Job Description

Roses Discount Stores is seeking a skilled Planogram Specialist to join our team. As a Planogram Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining visually appealing store displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and edit planograms using Marketmax/Photoshop/Corel/Planoguide Software System
  • Develop consistent work processes to enable seamless transitions between assignments
  • Design and implement planogram sets that comply with legal and corporate presentation standards
  • Collaborate with merchant teams to ensure buyers submit/draw up flows for changes to planograms
  • Communicate effectively with buyers to secure physical samples and finalize product layouts
  • Prepare approved planogram version copies for mailing and order shelf labels as assigned
  • Complete special projects as assigned, including aiding in the planogram mailing process
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Experience in creating documents, planograms, or planoguides
  • Proficient in Photoshop and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong merchandise presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members
