  • Operations and Logistics
    • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
    • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that they are adequate and well-maintained.
    • Develop and implement effective systems for tracking and reporting on cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Quality and Guest Satisfaction
    • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement effective systems for managing the housekeeping budget and ensuring that expenses are controlled.
    • Monitor and report on housekeeping expenses and revenue to ensure that the department is operating within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel management systems.
