Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Fusion Hospitality. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, controlling costs and ensuring optimal supply levels.
• Lead and develop a team of housekeeping staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance and morale.
• Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records and reporting as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
• Perform regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Address guest complaints and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with brand standards and best practices, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies, minimizing waste and promoting sustainability.
• Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed and develop skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with supervisory training or experience.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in PMS systems (e.g. Opera, Visual Matrix, OnQ).
• Second language skills a plus.
