Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Quality Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate entry of customer contact information, maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers, and handling all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services
  • Resolving customer issues in a friendly, helpful way
  • Assist the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients or sales promotions by attending client meetings
