Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate fabrication and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with production leads and supervisors to achieve project goals.
  • Perform tasks as assigned to ensure efficient production.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:


  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be willing to work unplanned overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Be able to work in extreme conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy weather, dusty conditions, and a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Have fundamental computer skills.
