Position Overview

The role of Manufacturing Production Specialist involves the fabrication of automotive components using a variety of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and adhere to work instructions and verbal guidance.
  • Employ tools and machinery to produce diverse automotive components.
  • Conduct inspections of personal and team outputs for defects through the final inspection process.
  • Identify issues and recognize deviations from established practices and procedures.
  • Work with components that require precise tolerances and distinguish between different parts.
  • Follow all company and industry safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to rotate through various job functions.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent work pace throughout the shift.
  • Capability to lift automotive parts weighing up to 30 lbs, including bending, reaching, twisting, and standing.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Experience with hand tools and/or machinery is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and reliable team player; punctuality is essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
