Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in the GOLDesp application and various functional areas.
  • Act as a Level 1 help desk, addressing customer inquiries through multiple channels.
  • Provide both functional and technical support for our products.
  • Utilize Salesforce for managing and documenting customer support cases.
  • Research and create detailed test cases to identify internal software issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on business and functional processes related to the software.
  • Collaborate with other teams to determine appropriate solutions and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This hybrid position requires some onsite work, as determined by the hiring team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with collaborative skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think quickly and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Organized and detail-oriented in task execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the GOLDesp application.
  • Familiarity with aviation supply and MILS methodology.
  • Background in aviation maintenance.

Education & Experience:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
