$1,500 Signing Bonus: Candidates must be employed as a Full-Time Manager (50 hours per week), complete the training program, and work a minimum of 60 days to receive the first half of the Signing Bonus. After 90 days of employment, the second half of the Signing Bonus will be awarded.

TACO BELL RESTAURANT OPERATIONS LEADER
This position is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If selected, the franchisee will be your sole employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who determine their own wage and benefit structures, which may differ among locations.

Restaurant Operations Leader:


The Restaurant Operations Leader at Taco Bell is the driving force behind the TEAM, setting the atmosphere of the workplace and ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will oversee the entire restaurant's operations and cultivate a strong team that consistently delivers quality food and a welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and nurturing staff, conducting orientation for new hires, and creating tailored training plans for each individual.

Your role also involves effective scheduling and deployment of the team, addressing performance challenges, assisting in resolving customer concerns, and managing the restaurant's financial strategies and budget.

An ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication abilities, a proven history of staff development, and a positive demeanor.

Requirements:

Job Requirements and Essential Functions
High School Diploma or GED; a College or University Degree is preferred.
2-4 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting, including Profit and Loss accountability.
Basic computer literacy is essential.
Strong preference for internal promotion from the Assistant General Manager role.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
Reliable transportation is required.
Basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting and carrying trash containers, and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant premises.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and bend during 80% of the shift.
