Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to retail and installer customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with daily operations, including processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and performing various tasks as assigned by management.
  • Support store management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals, including promoting company customer service programs and initiatives.
  • Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment, and perform various in-store services for customers, where permitted by state and local laws.
  • Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries, when business needs dictate.
Requirements
  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
  • Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
  • Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service is desired.
  • ASE certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish being highly desired.
