As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for leading high-intensity interval training classes, delivering instruction in our proprietary terminology, and ensuring members use correct form at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead F45 classes, creating a dynamic and engaging environment for members
  • Deliver instruction on proper form and technique, promoting a safe and effective workout experience
  • Assist with client onboarding, including fitness appraisals and goal setting
  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming members by name and ensuring a positive experience
  • Assist with studio maintenance, ensuring a clean and organized environment

Requirements

  • 1 year minimum experience as a group fitness instructor
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Personal Trainer Certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, etc.)
