Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns, as well as financial statement compilations and reviews.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, working directly with them to help them meet their goals. Additionally, you will help business owners grow and enhance the value of their companies, supervise, manage, and schedule client engagements, and train and mentor senior accountants and other staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in accounting, successful completion of the CPA exam, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant public accounting experience in tax. You will also need to be adept at technology and accounting software, with knowledge of Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Successful completion of the CPA exam
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant public accounting experience in tax
  • Adept at technology and accounting software; knowledge of Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
