Job Title: Media Investment Associate

At ICON International, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Media Investment Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Print and OOH department, you will be responsible for providing support to supervisors on assigned projects, demonstrating the required skills to input and maintain the media schedule, and tracking materials, monitoring creative delivery, and distributing proof of performance reports to the buying team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to supervisors on assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Demonstrate accuracy in all projects, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Track materials, monitor creative delivery, and distribute proof of performance reports to the buying team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Schedule meetings with vendors and manage the calendar for the Print and OOH team, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Liaise with the billing department to assist with any billing inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist the team on internal projects for various ICON marketing objectives, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that all deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • 0-1 year of media experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external colleagues, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field such as marketing, communications, or business.
