Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as documenting resident information and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current CNA certification in New York State.
  • Minimum one year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
