Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our assisted living and memory care residents in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will have a caring heart, a willingness to serve others, and the ability to provide companionship, supportive listening, and activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and supportive listening to residents
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and light housekeeping
  • Report changes in the health and status of residents and complete daily data sheets
  • Assist with memory and performance improvement programs
  • Support residents with dining and activities to keep them engaged and happy
Requirements
  • Caring heart and willingness to serve others
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
  • CPR/First Aid, preferred
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience working with older adults preferred
