Join Our Team as an Associate Chief of Staff for Ambulatory Care

The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated physician to fill our Associate Chief of Staff for Ambulatory Care position at the Syracuse Veterans Health Administration. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the primary care experience for our veterans and influence their experience right from the start.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of ambulatory care strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall healthcare experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

About the Syracuse VAMC:

The Syracuse VAMC is a Tier 1c facility serving the Central New York region with one main facility and three outpatient clinics. We are home to a Spinal Care Specialty unit and partner/co-locate with SUNY Upstate teaching hospital, allowing for opportunities in teaching and academia.

About the Location:
