Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team at STA of Oregon, Inc. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school along established routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a school bus route, ensuring the safe delivery of students to and from school.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain a safe and reliable fleet.
  • Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Clean the bus as needed to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.
  • Transport students and other passengers on field trips, activity trips, and charter runs as requested.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving history.
  • Clean driving record within the last 24-36 months.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Complete a comprehensive training program.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
