Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will provide 1:1 behavioral and academic support to students with special needs. You will be responsible for implementing behavior plans and adaptive learning techniques, collaborating with teachers and families to meet student needs, and providing data-driven progress reports.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Paraprofessional
  • RBT certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in behavioral support or special education preferred
  • Able to pass a background check
Compensation Package

This position offers a competitive hourly rate ($22-$28 per hour) and comprehensive benefits package including weekly direct deposits, health insurance, and 401K matching.
