  • Provide spiritual care services, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community chaplains and spiritual counselors.
  • Supervise spiritual care volunteers to ensure high-quality care.
  • Document all spiritual care services and activities to ensure quality assurance and program development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in divinity or a related field.
  • Experience working in hospice care or a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Knowledge of hospice philosophy and principles.
