We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Party City Team Member. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers
  • Execute best-in-class sales and service strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Master all Balloon & OMNI channel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, curbside pickup, and others
  • Manage and plan the daily and weekly workload to deliver on store sales goals and customer engagement
  • Assist the Store Team Leader and Leads in supporting onboarding and mentoring to new Team Members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs daily
  • Ability to climb ladders to re-stock and obtain merchandise for our customers
  • Ability to ring transactions on a register
  • Ability to utilize our helium system to fulfill customer orders
