Job Title: Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Clinical Supervisors to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for individuals with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct treatment to patients, collecting and recording data on patient progress, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct treatment to patients in a 1:1 or group environment
  • Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues
  • Seek personal growth and training opportunities to ensure clinical excellence
  • Maintain accurate and timely records
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times
  • Represent The Center For Autism And Related Disorders, Inc. professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhere to The Center For Autism And Related Disorders, Inc. policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass initial The Center For Autism And Related Disorders, Inc. Behavior Technician Training program, including passing a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
