Key Responsibilities- Electrical/Electronic Diagnosis and Repair: Perform thorough electrical/electronic diagnosis, repair, and installation of machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Assist in improving processes and cycle time, perform routine machine quality checks, and analyze process stoppages due to equipment failure.
- Machine Maintenance: Assist with diagnosing and correcting unscheduled machine downtime and/or major installation projects.
- Collaboration with Engineers: Assist Engineers in formulating process improvements and contribute to the development of new electrical systems.
- Line Monitoring: Perform daily line monitoring assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Teamwork: Work cooperatively with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 technical trade school apprenticeship or 6+ years of experience in electrical/electronic diagnosis, repair, and installation of complex machinery and systems in a manufacturing facility required.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, PLC, servo, NC, and power systems required.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work alternative work schedules, including 12-hour shifts and weekends.
