Sales Consultant

Nuckolls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our industry for over 120 years, we are committed to excellence and innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for learning our process to service our existing 2,000 business clients, developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads, and leading a small team to perform these tasks. With a strong focus on training and development, this role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.

Nuckolls is a leading organization in our industry, committed to excellence and innovation. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year, paid weekly.
