Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team in a school district in Illinois. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments to address specific communication needs.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress to stakeholders.
- A valid Illinois state SLPA License.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
