We are seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist II to join our team at AdventHealth Lake Mary ER. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all exams, including complex procedures, using Facility CT protocols and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper patient identification, education, and screening for contrast allergies.
- Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently, minimizing radiation exposure and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Review images and repeat sequences as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field.
- One year of CT experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Completion of Radiologic Technology training and A.R.R.T.(R) registration.
- General Radiographer state license as required by state if applicable.
- ARRT – CT certification.
- BS in a healthcare-related discipline.
- Two years of hospital-based clinical Radiology experience.
