Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Specialist to join our team in the Emergency Department. This role will be responsible for developing caregivers in specific clinical areas and driving nursing quality indicators to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clinical leaders to serve as a resource and support caregivers in improving outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders and professional development teams to identify gaps and develop plans to improve growth, skills, and competencies.
  • Support clinical leaders in aggregating and interpreting data to drive improved care outcomes and nursing practice.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance options, retirement benefits, and more.
