Resort Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to join our team at CCMS LLC. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual to lead our Beachfront Condominium Resort in Port Aransas, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the resort's resources, including staff, buildings, infrastructure, and condo units.
- Create project lists and schedules, negotiate contracts, and oversee projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Develop project plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress, and manage project team activities.
- Attract new customers and guests by actively working with the management company to provide excellent customer service and enhance the vacation experience.
- Oversee front desk staff, answering phones, inquiries, and ensuring that maintenance and housekeeping tasks are completed to provide a safe and enjoyable stay.
- Assure that all grounds are kept clean and presentable, and all structures and public spaces are maintained and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Follow and ensure accurate financial accounting procedures, coordinate with the management company and maintenance supervisor to execute routine preventative maintenance and safety programs.
- Monitor the physical facility on a daily basis to ensure a top-tier customer experience and a safe environment.
- Assist in coordinating, planning, and participating in special events as required.
- Provide leadership and direction to department heads to ensure that all matters and tasks are handled in a timely manner and guest expectations are met.
- Minimum 2-3 years of property management/community management experience, in addition to other professional work experiences that demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with vendor management and construction and maintenance issues.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptionally strong customer service orientation.
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly-effective ability to build and lead a team of professionals.
