Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restoration Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing restoration services, and communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service calls and perform restoration services according to SERVPRO production guidelines.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on the status of their restoration project.
  • Support crew chiefs and other production personnel as needed to ensure the successful completion of restoration projects.
  • Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed.
  • Perform daily jobsite cleanup and breakdown.
  • Perform daily vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform Daily, weekly, monthly, annual equipment maintenance.
  • Perform weekly facility maintenance.
  • Communicate facility, equipment, and vehicle issues to crew chiefs and management.
  • Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling.
  • Attend all assigned training.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexible schedule, including frequent work past 5pm, nights, and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to participate on the on-call schedule.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in the SERVPRO way.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to state and federal law.
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screen.
  • IICRC certifications preferred but not required.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Exposure to chemicals.
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings).
  • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects.
  • Ability to drive a work vehicle.
Compensation

$19.00 per hour.
